For USERS registered on a KC360 WEBSITE, the personal information provided by the USER is stored in their user profile. Users can edit their basic information and change their email address and password. A USER’s username cannot be changed. MEMBERSHIPS
If you are under the age of 18, you need parental permission before you become a member of a KC360 WEBSITE. KC360 assumes in registering, you have sought this permission.

Cancellation: You are able to cancel your membership payment and membership at any time. There is no refund policy in place. If you choose to cancel your membership payment, no further payments will be drawn from your payment solution.
PROMOTIONAL EVENTS, CONTESTS, COMPETITIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES
From time to time, KC360 and its OWNER may run promotional events, contests, raffles, or sweepstakes for its KC360 educational service clients only and may include prizes. The eligibility and terms of entering the contest or sweepstake, are stated at the time of the event, in accordance with the definitions found in the law of the United States of America.
If advertising or operating the competition requires the use of social media, then liability concerning this will be limited to KC360, where the social network cannot be held liable for any aspect of the promotion.
